Guru Nanak Ji's Indication About Complete God in the SGGS

Indication of Guru Nanak Ji About Complete God in the SGGS

The complete God is the creator of all the heavenly places. He is the owner of infinite universes. He is Omnipresent and all the universes are running with His divine command. He resides in the eternal world ‘Sachhkhand’ where he took the pious soul respected Shri Nanak Dev Ji on his request to meet Akaal Purush. This is a well-known fact and the entire Sikh community strongly believes the same. Respected Shri Nanak Dev Ji in his various sacred speeches has indicated about the complete God Kabir Saheb who met him in the form of a ‘Jinda Baba’ on the bank of river Bein while the pious soul Nanak Ji was meditating remembering the formless God according to the false belief similar to all people of the world. The dialogue held at that time between Akaal Purush Kabir Saheb and Shri Nanak Dev Ji has been well described in the earlier article.

After his return from the immortal world ‘Satyaloka’ the eye-witness Shri Nanak Ji glorified the Supreme God in many sacred verses. The same evidence about the indication of the complete God is also found in one of the Anshik sacred speeches, Mehla 1 sung by respected Shri Nanak Dev Ji that has been scripted in pious Sri Guru Granth Sahib on page no 359-360 which is described below. Let us have a look.

Anshik Sacred Speech, Mehla 1 of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib

(Shri Guru Granth, page no. 359-360)

Shri Nanak Dev Ji in this sacred speech is addressing Shri Bharthari Yogi Ji and explaining about the divine sound heard in the Body Chakras (lotuses within each human body) which are of the deities in the region of Brahm-Kaal only; whereas he says his connection is with that one Nirankar (egoless God) /Akaal Purush ie. the complete God whom he saw in Sachhkhand who is enthroned there as an emperor and keeps an eye on the whole nature created by Him. He is the Purna Parmaatma/Satpurush whose way of worship is different and is provided by only the Enlightened (Tatvadarshi) Saint.

ਸਿਵ ਨਗਰੀ ਮਹਿ ਆਸਣਿ ਬੈਸਉ ਕਲਪ ਤਿਆਗੀ ਬਾਦੰ ॥

Transliteration:

केह नानक सुनी भरथरी जोगी परब्रह्म लिव एकम । || ४ || ३ || ३ 37 ||

Translation: In the Lord's City (Shivlok), he (Shri Shiv Ji) sits in his Yogic posture (Meditation), and he forsakes his desires and conflicts. The sound of the horn (Singi’ Shabd) ever rings out its beautiful melody day and night, he is filled with the sound current of the Naad (sound audible in the body is of every God’s region). ||2|| The Praise of the Lord (Akaal Purush/Purna Parmatma) is my occupation, and to live as Gurmukh (chant true salvation mantra given by a complete guru) is my pure religion (devotional earning). ||3|| My arm-rest is to see the Lord's Light in all (all living beings are children of one Satpurush), although their forms and colors (path of worship) are so numerous (different than others). Says Nanak, listen, O Bharthari Yogi: love only the Supreme Lord God (Purna Parmatma). ||4||3||37||

The essence of the above-mentioned sacred speech is that Shri Nanak Ji is saying that Oh, Bharthari Yogi Ji, your sadhna is upto god Shiv, and because of that you have acquired a place in Shiv nagri (city). The ‘Singi’ shabd etc which is going on in your body is of these lotus flowers only, and is being audible in the body from every god’s lok (like a television). I (Nanak Ji) focus with undivided mind only on one Parmatma PaarBrahm i.e. the Purna Parmatma, who is beyond everyone, and is someone else. I do not show off (like, smearing ash on the whole body, holding a wand in hand). I consider all the living beings to be children of one Supreme God (SatPurush). Everyone is functional by His power only. My mudra (revenue) is to chant true Naam after acquiring it from a Complete Guru, and my baana (attire) is forgiveness. I am a worshipper of the Purna Parmatma and the path of Bhakti of Complete Satguru is different from yours.

Conclusion

Aforesaid, the indication about the complete God in the Anshik sacred speech, Mehla 1 scripted in pious Sri Guru Granth Sahib on page no. 359-60 by respected Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji is about God Kabir Saheb who was his guru who provided him true spiritual knowledge and salvation mantras (Satnaam and Sarnaam) chanting which Shri Nanak Dev Ji attained emancipation. The same complete God/Purnam Parmatma ie. God Kabir Saheb has descended in the holy land of India and is playing the divine spectacle in the cover of great Tatvadarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. He is only the real saint. Take His refuge and obtain the same salvation mantras which were provided to Shri Nanak Dev Ji and get permanent relief from the vicious cycle of birth and rebirth and land back to your native eternal world ‘Sachkhand’.
