Corporeal or incorporeal - what is the form of God? This has been a debatable question since ages. People of different religions worship God with a firm belief that God has no shape, no body. He cannot be seen since God is formless. Pious Vedas are the words of God which glorify His Magnificence and provide evidence of the existence of God who is in human form having a highly effulgent body and descends in the mortal world of Brahm Kaal time and again and meets his beloved souls.
Pious Yajurveda provides evidence. Let us go through it.
Yajurved Adhyay 5, Mantra 1
“Agne TanuH Asi | Vishnve Tva Somasya Tanur' Asi || ”
It has been stated twice in this Mantra that Parmeshwar has a body. That Eternal Purush has a body for nurturing everyone i.e. when God, comes as a guest in this world for some time to explain Tattavgyan to His devotees, He comes by wearing a body of lighter masses of lights over His actual effulgent body. That is why, the evidence has been given twice in the aforesaid Mantra.
Similar description of God is also given in Yajurved Adhyay 5 Mantra 6 and 8 where it says that God has a body and is in fonn.
Yajurved Adhyay 1, Mantra 15 also provides evidence that God is in human form.
Agnestanursi vacho visarjanam devavitaye tva grihnami brihadgravasi vanaspatyah sa idam devebhyo havih shamishva sushami shamishva haviskridehi haviskridehi ॥ 15॥
