Unknown Facts About Lord Shiva
1). Lord Shiva is the youngest amongst Brahma, Vishnu and Shiv.
Brahma, Vishnu & Shiva are brothers with Brahma being the eldest and Shiva being the youngest.
2). Life Span of Lord Shiva is finite.
Hindu Scriptures (especially Durga Puran) clearly prove that Lord Shiva is in birth and death. See picture below from Durga Puran (Shrimad Devi Bhagwad, Gita Press Gorakhpur, page 123). However it is still a very long life span.
Despite being the youngest, Lord Shiva has the lengthiest life span amongst Brahma, Vishnu and Shiv. Age of Lord Shiva is 49 times the age of Lord Brahma or 7 times that of Lord Vishnu.
3). Goddess Durga is the Mother of Lord Shiva
It is mentioned in Durga Purana that Goddess Durga is the mother of Lord Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. In there Lord Shiva himself says to Durga that I have taken birth from you. This also proves that Lord Shiva is in birth and death. (see picture above)

4). Lord Shiva is not the Supreme God
Lord Shiva is always seen meditating. Ignorants claim that he meditates in himself. Whereas Lord Shiva clearly meditates on some other God.
It is clear from Durga Purana that Lord Shiva is not the Supreme God as he claims to be in birth and death. He considers Durga to be his Mother. Goddess Durga in Durga Puran while talking to King Himalaya further gives instructions about meditating about another god called "Brahm". So Lord Shiva is not supreme.
