Vidura, believed to be the incarnation of God Yamraj/ Dharmaraja, is a well-known legendary figure in the Hindu epic Mahabharat. The Prime Minister and chief advisor to the Kuru kingdom (Hastinapur) in Dwapar Yuga, he was the pivotal character recognised for his stand for righteousness (Dharma) and unshakable commitment to Justice.
Respected for his fair approach in life and foresight, which protected Pandavas from the conspiracies of Duryodhan many times, he was dear to Pandavas, whereas not the favourite one of the Kauravas, since they were unrighteous.
Vidur’s profound knowledge of worldly affairs and humane approach were highly appreciated by people at that time, especially the Pandavas. The wise counsellor to the rulers of the Kuru dynasty, Vidura, was the half-brother of Dhritrashtra and Pandu, all three born from the same father, Maharishi Vyas. Vidur's mother was Parishrami, the palace maid of Queens Ambika and Ambalika; therefore, he was called ‘Dasi Putra’. This and much more information about Vidura is well known to people.
In this article, we will highlight an important aspect of Vidur's life from the Sukshma Veda, which is lesser known to the masses due to a lack of true spiritual knowledge, proving that such a humble, pious soul, Vidura, who adheres to Dharma and maintains balanced leadership, who taught about truth and integrity, was lovable to God.
So let's move on and find out what information the most revered scripture, the fifth Veda, provides about Vidura.

Vidura was a man who stood for Dharma and truth all through his life. Vidura was well known for his dedication to the Kuru kingdom. Vidura was a virtuous soul who was taken in refuge by the supreme God Kavir Dev in the Dwapar Yuga.
The supreme father, supreme God, the creator of entire universes, Kavir Dev, according to His divine law, comes in all four eras in the realm of Satan Brahm Kaal to impart His true spiritual knowledge. He came in the form of sage Karunamay in Dwapar Yuga and took seventeen (17) pious souls in His refuge. Evidence from the Sukshma Veda certifies that God Kabir met the pious soul Vidura and granted him initiation. The following speech proves the fact.

Treta gaya Dwapar Yug aaya। Satrah jeev parvana paya।।
Navam Raja Vidura samjhaya। Bhaktiroop un darshan paya।।
Guru roop puni panth chalaye। Bhaunse Hansa aani chudaye।। Bavan lakh Jo jeev ubara। Kali Yuga chauthe yahan pag dhara।।
Similarly, God Kabir took a few souls into His shelter in the other three eras.
A devotee with a servile spirit is lovable to God, whereas an arrogant person is rejected. This will be proved by the example of humble Vidura and proud Duryodhan. God Kabir says
Kabir, Sadhu bhookha bhav ka, dhan ka bhookha naa। Jo koi bhookha dhan ka, vo to sadhu naa।।

A humble soul, Vidura, was lovable to Almighty Kabir. God is far from those who are arrogant.
Hoye aadheen prem laulave kul abhimaan mitave । Sahas shoonye me rahe samayee padigun Sab bisrave ॥ Guru ki daya sadhu ki sangati bhav bhakti chitt lave। Kahe Kabir suno bhai sadho kaun param pad pave ॥ Kaun humare aaye Keshav Kyun na hamare aaye। Pat rus vyanjan chhodi rasoi saag Vidur ghar khaye॥ Jahan abhimaan tahan hum nahi veh vyanjan vish lage। Soi sunijan pura kadiye abhimani ko tyage ॥ Jatiheen jake kul nahi hai dasi ko jayo । Takeet parivya tum jayeke baithe kaha badapan payo॥ Satya satye vachan kaho Duryodhan Sunil baat humari। Vidura humare praan so pyare tum vishiya bekari॥ Puratan katha tumhari isi jeevan me chaak mangayee। Gwalan ke sang bhojan karate so gati tum me aayee॥ Prem preeti ke hum hai bhooke abhimani nahi bhave। Kahe Kabir sadho ki Mahima Hari apne sudh gavey॥
God Kabir praises humble Vidura in this aforementioned nectar speech and rejects arrogant Duryodhan.

Bhakti kare bin bhav re, sau kaune kajaa। Vidura ke jeenam uth gaye, Taj Duryodhan Raja।। Vyanjan chhatison chhad kar paya saak aloona। Thaal nahi tha Vidura ke, dhani jeemat dauna।।
Meaning: Once Lord Krishna came to Indraprastha (Delhi) to facilitate an agreement between the Kauravas and the Pandavas. Their dispute was over the property. Arrogant Duryodhan did not agree with Krishna's proposal to give half of the property or even five villages to the Pandavas and avert war. Finally, Duryodhan said he will not even give a land equal to the tip of a needle.
In this connection, a well known true story is when Shri Krishna (actually God Kabir) rejected the royal feast of King Duryodhana in which he served a variety of delicious food prepared with six different flavors since it was simply a formality and instead chose to eat unseasoned mustard greens (Sarson ka saag) at the house of his humble and poor devotee, Vidura.
On seeing God’s intense love, Vidura was both cursing and praising his fate out of shame. He was cursing ‘how poor he is that he couldn't offer delicious food to God. Does God visit the poor man like me again and again?
He was praising, realising 'how fortunate I am that Lord Krishna himself has come to grant me his divine presence. I wondered what virtuous deed from some past life had brought about such good fortune, allowing me to behold the Lord with such love.

Garib, sau chhal chhidra meiin Karun apne Jan ke kaaj||
To relieve His beloved souls from Kaal’s trap, God makes so much effort. To enhance the respect of his devotee Vidura in the world, the Supreme God Kavir Dev, in the form of Shri Krishna, ate salt-free vegetables at Vidura's house. The glory was attributed to Lord Krishna, and it remains an example even to date. The Omnipotent God does not desire to create His own glory. He aims to promote devotion.

The game of dice between the Kauravas and the Pandavas in the Dwapar Yuga is a well-known episode. When King Yudhishthira lost his entire kingdom and even his wife Draupadi to Duryodhana in the game of dice, arrogant Duryodhana attempted to humiliate Draupadi in the assembly by stripping her naked in front of all luminaries present at that time.
Sukshma Veda says
Garib, Kaoru Pandav Khilas kiya tha chaupar, bandi laao Draupadi nari pakad Arjun ki randi ||
Duryodhana told his younger brother Dushasana, who possesses power equal to 1000 elephants, "Grab Draupadi by her hair and drag her into the assembly hall. Dushasan did the same. Then Duryodhana said, ‘Strip Draupadi naked and make her sit on my thigh. We are the children of a blind man, we can't see anything”. It is said
Garib, Dushasan ko hukam kiya Jahan Draupadi aayee, nagan Karo is nari ko meri jaangh par do bithayee||
Note: This was in fact a vindictive remark of Duryodhan in response to a mockery made by Draupadi when he once visited the beautiful glass palace of Pandavas and collided with a glass wall due to a maze and fell down. Draupadi laughed seeing him and said, ‘The son of a blind is also blind’. Although her statement was a casual one for her brother-in-law Duryodhan, but he took it as his insult and decided to take revenge someday.
The five Pandavas, 101 Kauravas, Guru Dronacharya, Karna, Bhishma Pitamah, Uncle Vidura, and other dignitaries were present in the assembly. None of them stood to stop Duryodhan and Dushasana. Since the Pandavas were defeated in the game and were slaves to Duryodhan, they were also helpless
Following Duryodhana's order, Dushasana grabbed Draupadi's sari and began to disrobe her.
Pious soul, uncle Vidura stood up and said to Duryodhan ‘O Duryodhan! Whom are you insulting? Pandavas are your cousin brothers. Your honour and their honour are the same. Both of you belong to the same clan, the same family. Do not do this shameful act. Ponder a bit, don't be blind out of arrogance.
It has been mentioned in the Sukshma Veda
Vidura Kahe ye bandhu thara, eke kul eke parivara।। Vidura ke mukh par lagya thapeda, tu to hai Pandavon ka chera।। Tu to hai bandi ka jaya||
Duryodhan ordered Dushasana to thrash his uncle Vidura. He spoke ill of Vidura ‘You are the disciple, the servant of Pandavas. You are born to a maid servant, due to which your thinking is like slaves. Your thoughts are not like Kshatriya’. Hearing this, Bhishma Pitamah, Guru Dronacharya and Karna laughed instead of opposing and stopping Duryodhan from crossing the limits of Ill manners. Their act was highly disgusting.
It is the duty of a true gentleman to stand for truth. If others do not agree, he should leave the assembly. Vidura left the assembly. He could not bear to witness the injustice and shamelessness; he fulfilled his duty.
When Draupadi realised that worldly support was false, she abandoned all hope in the members present in the assembly and placed her faith in God.
Garib, Karunamay dayal ko Draupadi ter sunayee, Jaan rahe Jagdeesh anant Jahan cheer badhaye ||
In return for the torn pieces of cloth given to the blind sage (God Kabir Himself played this spectacle) and through the power of the sage's blessings, God Kabir (Kavir) Dev increased infinite layers of Draupadi's saree.
Garib, Dushasan Hunkare pakad kar cheer utare, ho gaye anant apaar tahan ko parda pare||
Dushasana possessed the strength of one hundred elephants. Draupadi was like a delicate lotus flower before him. Dushasana got tired of pulling the saree and started to sweat. A huge pile of sari accumulated, but it seemed to have no end.
Bhisham Pitanag, Guru Dronacharya and Karna, who did not stand to save the honour of Draupadi, had a bad time during the Mahabharat war and had a miserable demise. Respected Sant Garib Das, Ji beautifully describes their pitiable condition in war.
Garib, Drona Karna dei ne aadi teethi, Tate Mahabharata me Mai taru tah par itee beeti ||
Garib, Arjun mare baan pita bheesham ki chhati, baje dhundhavi naad prithvee hogi rati ||
Garib, Bheesham Pita ko Paap laga suni Draupadi ninda, Dronacharya chook padi bhoola hai banda ||
Garib, Karan pade dal mahi dahi ke Karan hai re||
Sant Garb Das Ji glorifies Vidura, who stood for Draupadi and questioned Duryodhan. God Kabir protected the gentleman Vidura, who always stood for righteousness.
Garib, Vidura badi nahi suni Draupadi humri pyari aur Majlis se uthke Rakhi sai se yari||
Later, when Lord Krishna visited Draupadi, she narrated the whole disrobing episode.
Garib, samay par Draupadi nahan gayee Ganga ke teeram, andhe ko kopen phad kar deene leeram||
Draupad suta ko deene leer jake anant badhaye cheer||
Then Shri Krishna told Draupadi that the miraculous lengthening of her sari was the result of the piece of cloth she had given to the blind sage while bathing in the river Ganga before her marriage when she was a spinster.
The creator of the entire universe, Satpurush Kavir Dev, who took the pious soul Vidura under His shelter in the Dwapar Yuga, is present in Haryana, India, and is blessing crores of people across the globe with His divine power. He is none other than Jagatguru Tatvadarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj doing wonders for his disciples. He is the saviour of the world. Everyone should take His shelter for He (God) has come to liberate His beloved souls from the dangerous trap of Kaal Brahm/ Jyoti Niranjan.
